Early Morning

This fine clear morning I had to wake up at 7:30 to drive my sister to school. This is also the first morning in a while that I've gotten up before the sun. Ah, well, now I get to bid it a good day. Hopefully this pomegranate green tea will wake me up a bit more.

Tomorrow Boston is supposed to get slammed by a wicked nor'easter. I love the hysterical impending doom that precedes New England snow storms. Everyone flies into a panicked buzz like they've never seen snow before. How many inches is it going to be!? Is everything going to be cancelled!? People. We've been doing this for nearly 300 years now. I just want to wake up with the world transformed outside my window, like some crazed pastry chef attacked my backyard with his confectioners sugar. Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in some sledding, maybe snap a few pictures? I was supposed to go shopping in Boston with an old friend tomorrow, but I don't see that happening. Out of all the delicate structures in Boston, the trains are most likely to freak out and stop running due to snow. I'm trying to locate a suitable formal dress for an upcoming dance at school at Urban Outfitters, but, alas, I may be forced to go to the mall again today. Oh the tragedy.
